OPI's Meet Me on the Star Ferry is a polish that I originally passed up last year, and always regretted it. Well, I finally got my hands on it for a very reasonable price (only 4.50! with 2 dollars shipping) on Amazon. And I'm super glad I did. I love how it looks like a regular old frosty dusty plum color - and then in the sun you find out that it has tons of holo shimmer in it. Unexpectedly awesome. But difficult to capture.
This last one captures the holo best...
