I really like this mani. I used China Glaze Frosty as a base - which is a color that is really gorgeous! I know it just seems like a sheer shiny white, but theres very pretty light blue and silver glitter that shines in the right light. Very very wintery. I love it. And I used cut up scotch tape to give myself a nice zig-zag tip in OPI Ink. I love how Ink makes frosty seem like a very light lilac color. J'adore!
