I wanted to show you guys a great cheap Deborah Lipmann Happy Birthday look alike - Ulta's Pinata-Yada-Yada. It only cost me 2 dollars- which is fabulous. And I love it. I didn't expect to - since I had no desire to pick up Milani Gems or Happy Birthday. But check it out over the best black in the world - Sinful's Black on Black. This is one coat of Black on Black and one coat of Pinata-Yada-Yada.
I like the mix of glitters, but it's so sparse. ;_;
