My base is Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Lavender Cloud. The pink dots are China Glaze Pool Party, green dots are China Glaze Kiwi CoolAda, blue dots are China Glaze Towel Boy Toy, the purple dots are China Glaze Secret Periwinkle, and the dark blue dots are Icing 7th Inning Stretch.
Next time I do this I am definitely going to go the monochromatic route. I have a lot of blues and greens so I'm sure I can come up with something cool.
