Claires: Neon Blue

Here is another polish from the Claire's glittery smelly collection. Theoretically I like the color. In actuality it is way to sheer for my liking. Wayyyyy too sheer. This was 4 coats. Again the glitter is crappy and sinks into the polish. 

The smell of this one is literally called tropical. It smells fruity, as do all of them. The smell sticks around for a while too, as long as you don't use Seche.
