So.. I feel like there is a weight on my shoulders, and it is being caused by these stupid Claire's neon polishes. I don't like them. I don't want to right about them, but I feel like I have to because they are at the top of my 'Not Yet Posted' folder. So I'm just going to throw them all up here with little or no commentary. You know how I feel about them. They suck.
This was 4 coats. Totally exemplifies the whole 'when you put a coat on top it takes off the coats underneath' thing this polish has going for it. Crap-tacular.
